sick in bed so far today--dizzy and nauseous. i seem to have eaten something yesterday that doesn't agree with me. not sure what, but this sucks.

at some point i will need to go to my office to pick up some stuff i need. earlier i tried to brave the tummy ache and do some housework, but was only good for 5 minutes or so before i had to lie down again.

bleah.
