heh. i have been shorn of my flowing locks. my hair is maybe a smidge shy of boy short. sorry i can't post a pic.

glaucon, when he saw it, said he was "confused" and couldn't figure out why. it wasn't the abrupt change in length and shape, or the fact that my face was suddenly fully visible. and the back of my neck too. also my ears. no, it wasn't any of those things. it was the color. the zone of bleach has *mostly* been eradicated. i still have a couple of nice dustings of blonde here and there, but mostly i'm back to my natural color.

well...i almost engaged in a ritual shaving of the head for my birthday, but i'm much happier with this. the last time i cut it short was 1996--10 years ago! it was pretty short then, but it's shorter now. i think the only time i've worn it shorter was in 1993-4.

mmm. i love it.

Ahh!! I want to see it. Now, if I chopped my hair like that I'd freak out. Although I am currently HATING my hair so much I am about ready to! No hairdresser can get it right, and the last cut (1 week ago) is even worse!! Ack!
