ran 2 yesterday--it was a SLOG! i felt very earthbound. my shorts chafed my inner thighs, so now i have some lovely friction burns.
i ran 2 again this morning, too. the first half mile or so was a little sloggy, but it felt nice and smooth after that.
so that puts me at 4 for last week (i took about 3 days off because i was fighting off a virus), and already 4 for this week. (where a week = sunday through saturday.)
