(non) running log
had to take an extra rest day today. i must have eaten something bad over the last day or two, because i was SICK last night!
feeling better this morning, just tired and...er...emptied out. :-P it seemed prudent to skip today's run.
some runners will run through anything--cold, flu, fever...broken leg...bubonic plague... i am not one of those runners. not exactly, anyway. i'll run through some stuff, but i think of sickness and pain as messages from my body to my consciousness, and i prefer to listen. (if you'll pardon the dualistic "mind/body" logic.)
