running log



ran 3 this morning. the new shoes continue to feel terriffic. i think i've been running a bit too fast for my level of fitness, so i slowed it down slightly today and things smoothed right out. i have to be careful not to rush myself back to the level of running i used to enjoy. i'll get there. slow and steady wins the race.

bleah. today is going to be ridiculously busy. wish me luck.
