ran 2 miles this morning, low and slow. it felt good. the first day back always feels good. the rest of this week my legs will feel crappy--earthbound--and then i'll begin the long journey to higher mileage. my goal is to get back up to running 25-30 miles per week. that will probably take me about 4 months. starting...
