arguchik | roommate needed

hey, just wanted to put this out there on the LJ airwaves. one of my roommates is moving out, so my other roommate and i are looking for a 3rd person to share our 3-bedroom unit in fremont. we're looking for someone who's adult and responsible, relatively neat/clean, friendly but respectful, etc. if you know anyone who's looking, have them respond to our craigslist ad and say that they found out about it from you (if i only know you on LJ, though, they should explain that to me).
