arguchikran 2 yesterday. it felt lovely, smooth and even. i felt especially happy afterward. not exactly a runner's high, but good anyway. that put me at 10 for last week. :-)
i got up to run again this morning, but it was pouring. i opted to have breakfast instead. i'll run sometime this afternoon.
i have a funny thing about running in the rain. i actually kind of like it when it starts raining while i'm running, but if it's raining more than a light sprinkle when i'm getting ready to head out for a run, i will usually wait until it slows down or stops. i have no logical explanation.
