arguchikran 2.5 (which is really 2.6) this morning. it's my first day back following the sick. i probably could have run yesterday (sunday) but my diet wasn't completely back to normal yet so i decided to wait a day.
today's run felt lovely. i really enjoy the change of seasons, the precession of the equinoxes. at this time of year it means that i start running while it's still dark out. because i live up on a ridge (phinney ridge), i get to see the sun start its rise above the cascade mountains. this morning there were clouds over that-a-way, but it was still pretty.
