ah...no, unfortunately i didn't spend it with real orphans, only with a big group of people who live far from family and have noplace else to go. sort of. glaucon has done a big thanksgiving gathering like this for the last decade or so, and some of the people are really close friends of his who come to it every year. i expect some people come to it, too, because they don't want to travel for this holiday, since it's only a long weekend.
