Its often astounding to me how many problems can be caused by or contributed to by poor sleep : seizures, migraines, bipolar disease, depression, just to name a few.
Seattle is a wonderful place. After all this time, Reno isn't home, really - just a place away from Seattle.
I wish us both luck in getting back to Seattle soon!
