i guess not men per se, or any particular man, but rather romantic relationships or kinds of romantic relationships. i typically have romantic relationships with men, so that's why i answered "men." i'm basically just trying to sort out what kind of relationship i want, and puzzling over why i *don't* want something i thought i wanted. there, that should be clear as mud now... ;-)
