ok, here's another quiz. the quiz asks you to pick colors, then you wait 110 seconds, and pick colors again. after that, it gives you your results. i am not going to post my results because they scared me--too close to home! helpful, though...something to chew on. enjoy!

- what you want and how you get it
- how you're coping now
- what you have in reserve
- what you're rejecting
I think that link will let you take the test without paying anything, but I'm not sure.I just took the test again today, and like you said about your results, it seems disturbingly accurate. ;)

Date: 2005-10-14 03:40 pm (UTC)Hey, I just took the version that you posted again. The first time, I couldn't get the browser to go past the first page (single sentence) of results. Ah, much more interesting now.

Date: 2005-10-15 09:53 am (UTC)Max Lüscher, the inventer of this personality assessment based on color selection, believed that the subject's selection of colors outside of context (what will match the drapes) makes the other reasons (psychological preferences, physiological need) more prominent. Apparently the full version of the test requires the subject to select colors 43 times!
The primary source for this test is Lüscher's book The Lüscher Color Test: The Remarkable Test That Reveals Your Personality through Color. I found one person's review of the book (http://primal-page.com/luscher.htm) in which he says, "Because the results pull no punches, it is not recommended that the test be given with spectators present."
