ok, here's another quiz. the quiz asks you to pick colors, then you wait 110 seconds, and pick colors again. after that, it gives you your results. i am not going to post my results because they scared me--too close to home! helpful, though...something to chew on. enjoy!

There's a version of this test on Tickle (http://web.tickle.com/invite?test=3058&type=t) that gives you a single run at the colors and offers more words of analysis.
Tickle's analysis focuses on the first color, then gives you a rundown of all of the colors. After that (starting at the bottom of the first of two pages), it talks about the pairings of the colors to identify (using their phrases):
  • what you want and how you get it
  • how you're coping now
  • what you have in reserve
  • what you're rejecting
I think that link will let you take the test without paying anything, but I'm not sure.

I just took the test again today, and like you said about your results, it seems disturbingly accurate. ;)

it let me take the test without paying anything. after taking it, they told me only what the first color means as a teaser (i picked green, which apparently means i'm self-aware, know what my strengths and weakness are, and other people view me as self-possessed and competent--ha!!). if i want the full report it's $4.95. i typed in a fake name when i started taking the test, so i opted not to try to buy it under my real name or to go for the tickle membership.

I don't think the test results are worth $5, unless one is painfully unaware of oneself (and your blog suggests otherwise). I have a membership, but I question frequently how long ago I should have terminated it. :) I've hung onto it because some of the tests seem thoughtfully constructed, and I anticipated using the dating services (which would do some matching based on the tests). But they spun that off a while back, and I think it's an additional fee now.

Hey, I just took the version that you posted again. The first time, I couldn't get the browser to go past the first page (single sentence) of results. Ah, much more interesting now.
