Wow -- I just don't know what to say about dog owners who think it's okay to let their pet roam free. No matter where you are, that's just not cool. If your dog isn't depredating the already beleaguered native wildlife, it's eating the neighbor's chickens (or running out in the middle of traffic). Either way, it's not optimal.
