I would have a hard time motivating myself to read those books. I would want to know the information in them, but getting to it sounds like such a slog. Right now I have copies of a book on Anne Bogart's Viewpoints, a book on mask and form in theatre, and Aruatd's The Theatre and its Double that I know I should read, but they're so boring I can barely process them. They're all kind of like The Battle for the Soul of Capitalism by John Bogle; great information to know, but the writing style is so dry you can't get through more than a page at a time. I recommend you read The Orton Diaries instead. Cause, you know, guys fucking in alleys.
