This post makes me want to actually get off my butt and (finally) go run this morning. It also reminds me that I'd better take it very sloooow lest I cause myself to be in much pain and discomfort like I was the last time I "jumped up" and over-zealously tried to begin a new regimen. I've been doing pretty well with regular sit-ups/ab work and push-ups/weight stuff, but some real road-travel time is what I need to shed the extra 15-or-so lbs that will make all the difference in my appearance and how I feel. That's not even mentioning the de-stressing aspects of endorphin-filled aerobic exercise, which I could sure use right about now. Oh, and my version of "Watchtower" is mostly Hendrix-esque (at least that's how I hear it in my own mind) and has been in the repertoire since pre-High School days.
