ran 2.5 this morning. it felt lovely, stretchy, sun-risey.

[livejournal.com profile] glaucon and i got back from michigan yesterday afternoon. i only ran once while there, about 2 miles in the environs of my brother's house in dearborn. by the time we got back i was grumpy!

no time now. gotta work!
