PLANNING: tonight: small dinner party. tomorrow: babylon 5 marathon with
glaucon. tomorrow night: who knows? sunday: deep revisions of my dissertation prospectus, a new draft of which i will send to 2 committee members by thursday. if they like it, i'll shop it to an english professor i would like to have on my committee, and possibly also a history professor. should i have 4 people on my committee? it's tricky...my project is interdisciplinary, so it would
do to work with a historian of science, but 4 people might make for some huge arguments, and a mess of conflicting instructions.
ok, gotta go, duty calls...
p.s. i ended up getting 3 MP3 ringtones for my phone: "people are people" by depeche mode, and "bizarre love triangle" and "blue monday" by new order. should have known i wouldn't be able to buy just one...
