RWP

READING: jhumpa lahiri's the namesake. met with my advisor yesterday--had a great talk with her, and i'm looking forward to digging into the revisions of my prospectus. it's such a weird form to write...but i think i get what i'm supposed to do with it now. i was fetishizing it too much, including too much of some stuff and not enough of other stuff. but i decided to take today off, because i've been conferencing with student for the last two days straight. and today i've been reading this novel. it's lovely.

WEARING: jammy pants and a sweatshirt at the moment.

PLANNING: in a few, to go over to evernanon's house to take care of the dog, bunny, and birds that belong to her and her husband. then to the college inn to meet up with glaucon and whoever else shows up. i also need to return a DVD that's a day overdue, and a library book that is 4 days overdue (after today i'll have to pay a $5 fine for it).
