there is nothing wrong with anime. it's very cool, and i love watching it. i just don't want to sit around talking about it all the freaking time.
i am definitely a nerd, no doubt about it. even worse, i have been through many different incarnations of nerdiness in my adult life, and for whatever reason i still carry all of those past nerds with me.
you'd think i might get some kind of pay-off out of the deal, such as...oh, i don't know...wisdom, maybe? or a big house? or a buff pool boy to give me daily massages with rose-scented oil, while dropping grapes into my mouth? but noooooooooo...
