good morning

mmmmmmmmmorning. it's 6:45am and i've already gone running, stretched, and gotten dressed. i woke up at 5, got out of bed at about 5:05 or so, and immediately donned my running clothes. it was gorgeous running weather--pink sky, slightly crisp fresh air, and no traffic on the road. couldn't ask for better. i'm going to eat some breakfast now.

i know this sounds insane, but i like getting up early!
