good list!

some notes on it:

1.
I'd like to second the kayaking idea and suggest doing it on a weekday to avoid the worst of the power boat and jet ski crowd.

2.
I heard somewhere that the soundgarden is no longer accessible to the public. I don't know if this is true. might be worth checking out before schlepping out there. if you do check it out, let me know what you find.

3.
the Underground Tour is a lot of fun also. I also can pretty highly recommend the Argosy harbor tour. don't remember how the pricing compares to the Locks tour, but I found it (somewhat to my surprise) quite educational as well as picturesque. as touristy stuff goes, both are pretty good bang for your buck.

4.
plenty of good museum art (in addition to the public stuff mentioned above). the frye is free. asian art museum is pretty interesting.

5.
speaking of asian art, just walking around the ID for a while then paying a visit to the japanese garden down there is a pretty good afternoon. could also stop by uwajimaya, which can be fascinating for certain sorts of people.

The last time I went out to the Sand Point dog beach, the gate to the Soundgarden was still locked. I think that was sometime in the past few months.
