i coulda told them that. i and my irregular heartbeat, which while not as bad as it was when i was in the throes of acute anxiety last december-january-february, is still thu-thuuuuuu-thumping its problematic beat more often than not. (my anxiety is still there, too--i'm just not having acute attacks right now. it's more like a pot simmering rather than explosively boiling. it is exhausting, though--because it also keeps me from sleeping properly--and i wish there were a quick fix.)
in other news, i completed a new sweater project. it's bright orange--same yarn as the hat i knitted for![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
