i've been meaning to give an update about our landlord situation.

as for me personally...today i am having a tremendously bad headache. i had a conversation yesterday that upset me and stressed me out, and i couldn't sleep. i tossed and turned all night, finally fell asleep at around 2:30 or 3, and woke up at 6:45. this headache is killing me. coffee and ibuprofin aren't touching it. it's part of a TMJ flare-up--i woke up with a stiff and acutely painful jaw this morning, too (both the muscles and the joint itself), which means i was clenching my teeth while sleeping last night. my jaw is still stiff, though the pain has dulled considerably. it has been a long time since i've had a flare-up like this. it takes awhile for things to calm down...but basically, the headache ain't going anywhere until my jaw chills out, and ibuprofin doesn't help much with that. it helps with the pain, but it doesn't help the muscles to relax, and that's what needs to happen.
